30-Day Return Guarantee
All products you purchase from our website come with a 30-day limited return and refund guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, as long as the product is undamaged (unless it's explicitly marked as non-returnable on our website), you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery.
For your returned product, please make sure:

You provide a valid proof of purchase, such as an invoice or receipt that includes your order number.

You include all original accessories (manuals, cables, promotional gifts, etc.).

The product labels, serial numbers, and water damage seals show no signs of tampering or alteration.
How to return for a refund
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. The return period starts on your delivery date, so you don't have to worry about shipping time eating into your window.
To request a return, simply email us at
service@otofix.store. We'll give you the correct return address or a return shipping label. Please make sure you send your item back to the address we provide.
Do not return any item without getting prior authorization from us. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
Return label instructions

For RMA returns, we provide free return shipping labels — one label for one package. Please check the shipping weight printed on each label and place the correct label on the corresponding box. Each shipping label is meant for one-time use on a single package.

Pack your return items securely in the original packaging and shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Include all parts, accessories, and documentation in the package.

Ship the unit within 30 days after you receive our RMA label.
Who pays for return shipping
If you're returning because of a product issue (e.g., damage, defect, malfunction, or you received the wrong item), please contact us at service@otofix.store. We will cover the return shipping costs.
If you're returning because of personal preference (e.g., you're not satisfied or you changed your mind), you can request a refund or exchange, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
*For used or damaged returns (more than 30 calendar days after delivery), we may charge a 20% restocking and handling service fee. This service fee covers our additional costs during the return process, calculated based on your total order price, including product tax, logistics, retrieval, repackaging, and re‑stocking costs.
Refund Policy
Order cancellation
You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Once you receive the package, you can either keep it or contact us to arrange a return. Please note: only full‑order cancellations are allowed; you cannot cancel part of an order.
Refund processing time
After we receive and confirm your return, your refund will be issued within 2 business days to your original payment method. Returns made during holidays will be processed after the holiday period ends.
Warranty Policy
One-Year Limited Warranty
Your
OTOFIX Store product comes with a 12‑month warranty period, measured from the date you originally purchased it as the first consumer. You will need the sales receipt from your first purchase (or other reasonable proof) to establish the start date of the warranty period.
What is covered and how the warranty works
If your product experiences a performance failure during the valid warranty period, you are eligible to apply for warranty service.

For quality issues: During the warranty period, we will cover the cost of replacement or repair services. After the warranty period, we only offer repair services (no replacement).

For non‑quality issues: During the warranty period, we will cover the cost of repair services. After the warranty period, we may still provide repair services for a partial compensation fee.

The warranty period is defined in your product's user manual and starts from the purchase date shown on your invoice. Please keep your invoice as proof of purchase. (If you cannot provide a valid invoice, the warranty period will be calculated from the product's manufacturing date.)
Warranty replacement
For any defective product that is still under warranty, you can contact our support team at service@otofix.store. Our team will help you troubleshoot and, if you're eligible, arrange a replacement or a return.
Software Update Service Warranty
Once you place a software update order, please send your device's S/N number and Order ID to our email. Our support team will extend your update period online within 24 hours. This is a one‑time fee — no recurring charges.
After you have used the upgrade activation code, we will not be able to issue any refund.
Important note: This update service applies only to devices you purchased through online platforms. Please make sure the software update you purchase matches your current device model.
